Our Position

Cineflix is a post-OTT aggregator. We do not host, store, upload, or serve any video from our own servers. We index links to content that is publicly available through third-party platforms, only after films have completed their theatrical and OTT exclusivity windows.

Takedown Procedure

To submit a valid DMCA notice, include all of the following:

  1. Your identity: Full legal name, organisation (if applicable), email and phone number
  2. Copyrighted work: Description of the work — film title, release date, studio name
  3. Infringing URL: The specific URL on Cineflix where the content appears
  4. Proof of ownership: Statement that you are the rights holder or authorised agent
  5. Good faith statement: Statement that you believe the use is not authorised
  6. Accuracy statement: Statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate
  7. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
